TRASH SERVICE CHANGE

 Trash service for the community will be changing from Waste Management to TrashPorters. Your payments to Waste Management are for services until October 31, 2007, therefore, TrashPorters will be billing quarterly in October for services to be effective November 1, 2007. To contact TrashPorters directly, please call 713.733.1600. You do not have to call TrashPorters to begin service. Simply pay the invoice you receive in October and the service will begin November 1, 2007. If you have any questions, please contact CREST

DEED RISTRICTION REMINDER 

The following is a list of violations that are noted most on inspections:

-Clean mildew off siding of home

-Store trash cans out of public view

-Store inoperable vehicle out of public view

-All basketball goals must be stored on driveway in an upright position and in a “like new” condition

-All changes to the exterior of your home must be applied for and approved by the Board prior to the changes being made
